OUR PRESCHOOL IS STILL COLLECTING ALUMINUM CANS, FOR RECYCLING!! PLEASE PLACE THE CANS EITHER INSIDE THE VINYL FENCE BY THE PRESCHOOL KITCHEN OR ON THE CONCRETE BESIDE IT.

WOMEN'S MINISTRY

The Women's Ministry will be going to Bootsie's Restaurant for breakfast on December 8th.  This will serve as our December "meeting".  If you would like to carppool be at the church at 8:30am.  If you are meeting at Bootsie's please be there by 9:00am.  Let Donna Lake know if you plan to attend.  Her email is laked03@gmail.com or you can call/text 314-398-4780

In case you didn't know, The Women's Ministry hosts a potluck the fourth Sunday of the month January through October.  Please join us in the fellowship hall after the 10:30 service.  We look forward to seeing you there in 2019!

The Women's Ministry meets on the third Monday of each month at 6:30pm in the Bridal room.  Please join us anytime in the New Year.

LADIES LEAGUE/LWML

Our December annual Christmas lunceon will be on December 6th beginning at 11:30am.  Pastor Krenz will lead with an opening devotion and prayer.  We will also celebrate with music, games, gift exchange ($5.00), and fun all within the spirit of the preparation and celebration of Jesus's birth.  The Ladeis League/LWML wishes all members of the congregation a Blessed and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!  Ladies of our congregation and guests are always welcome to join, visit or serve with our group.

SUNDAY SCHOOL

All children age 3 to 8th grade are invited to participate in this year's Christmas program.  It is scheduled for Sunday, December 16th at 10:30am.  Rehearsals will be during the Sunday School hour December 2, 9, and 16th.  It is important that all children who are participating in the program to be at Sunday School on those days.  If you have any questions, please call Helen Nowak at 618-281-4875..

Youth News: High School Youth

High School youth meets for bible study Sunday mornings in the youth room 9:15 - 10:15am.   All High School youth are invited to join, even if you are not able to attend every Sunday, come as you can. 

High School December Event:  Save the date 12/9/18 we are going ice skating at Steinberg Skating Rink Forest Park.  Watch the youth bulletin board for all the details. 

A huge thank you to all the Middle School and High School youth that helped sort food for the food pantry.  We had 17 youth volunteers that worked two hours sorting food from the Boy Scout Food drive.  A great time of fellowship and an awesome way we were able to serve our church and community. 

Middle School Event:  November 18th we had 6 students travel to Flying Spider Extreme Air Sports.  We had a great time jumping on trampolines, playing dodge ball, swinging on a trapeze and jumping in foam pits.  All middle school youth are invited to attend events, be sure to watch the youth board for upcoming activities.
